Imagine committing a crime, being caught, losing your job, having your failure broadcast over every local news channel, then watching the reaction of friends and family as you’re sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Most of us won’t experience this level of public shaming in our lifetime. But, Jimmye did.

He recalls the sentencing day, “I thought people were watching my funeral…they talked about me as if I had died.”

But prison would not be his tomb.

“I realized over time…I was in a womb. God was shaping a new creation.”
